Local Heroes has integrated a preference-based downloadable mobile app available on most smart phones, including Android and iPhone. The application communicates in real-time with the Program database and depending on the preferences set by Cardholders the Database will automatically send instantly redeemable e-coupons that can be used at Program Merchants. Transactions are triggered through the merchantís counter-top terminal and the software is designed to open up new marketing opportunities that include hourly, daily, weekly and monthly time-sensitive promotions. E-mail alerts/SMS messages are sent to a member when a preference is matched. Local Heroes Merchantís can use this customer intelligence to send dynamic information, (welcome by Cardholders) at critical sales cycles throughout the year. Merchants also have the ability to use mobile coupons to coincide with other seasonal marketing campaigns to reduce marketing costs and enhance their effectiveness. Our internal research has confirmed that most of our Merchants will want access to this level of direct and targeted communications with Program Cardholders. Local Heroes will be the first company that we are aware of that can market full CRM Programs that combine loyalty, stored value, instant coupons, messaging and payment applications from a cellular handset. We are confident that our mobile interface will be one of the Process Patents we will be granted.
